'Sierra Cantabria Otoman' is made with Sauvignon Blanc (65%), Viura (20%) and Malvasía (15%), fermented in French oak barrels of a single wine from the Vosgues area.
Pale yellow color. Medium intensity. Clean and bright. Good tear. On the nose it is intense. With very balanced fruit and wood, complementing each other and without standing out one over the other. The fruit brings aromas of hay, wild flowers and the wood adds elegance and finesse. On the palate, an elegant wine, very balanced with good acidity. Subtle entry, silky texture. Good persistent finish.
