Pale straw yellow color with greenish reflections. Fine and persistent bubble of slow evolution, with good formation of rosaries. Very fruity aroma, with hints of apple, hints of caramel and a background of fresh herbs and menthol balsamic touches. Balanced, fruity and fresh, with notes of ripe apple and syrup.
