Deep clay-calcareous soils, rich in silts, with moderate drainage and a very high water retention capacity, which favor a balanced vegetative growth in Chardonnay and produce varietal wines that are very suitable for aging. Formed from reddish marls of oligocene origin. Fermentation 50% in stainless steel tanks and 50% in barrels, with a subsequent partial malolactic fermentation (45%). Fermentation time of 12 days. Aging For 6 months in new 100% fine grain French oak barrels.
