Traditional elaboration. Temperature control between 28 and 30º C. With skins for 30 days, the first ten days, two daily pump-overs; thereafter, the frequency of pump-overs is reduced, ending with a soft pump-over every two days. Aged for 20 months in new Bordeaux French (80 %) and American (20 %) oak barrels.
Tasting note
Dark cherry red color with violet touches. On the nose, very intense aromas of fruits, spices, presence of wood with marked toasted aromas. In the mouth it has a good attack, it is very elegant and fruity, clean, attractive, balanced, very good acidity and a good mid palate.
